After more than 20 years in the Shipping and Trading Industry working for major companies in London, Geneva and Dubai, I wanted to bring something unique to local employers and job seekers: a personalized service using my network and wealth of experience to identify the most talented individuals in the shipping industry.

Therefore in 2021, I launched my own company, CM Quest based in the UAE, specialized in the sourcing of Shipping and Trading professionals from junior to executive levels across all roles.

It is easier to recruit a profile from an industry in which you have worked for many years, and with my experience in chartering, broking, operation, bunkering, finance and HR, I have a clear understanding of the skills required in the different functions and positions.

I am bringing together the best candidate and the right employer, a candidate with the right skills, experience and personality to fit in with an employer’s organization and company culture.

The goal of my business is to build long term partnerships, acting in each candidate’s and employer’s best interests to provide neutral, balanced and professional advice, always with professionalism, honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
